All of the employees are very helpful. They will go out of there way to make your car rental the best
Very busy since they handle dealership rentals as well. However, if they don't have the car you ordered they are willing to upgrade you or offer multiple other vehicles. It has alway been a quick painless process everytime I've been here and their insurance coverages aren't horribly expensive.
Why go to an organization that fails to keep their promise. Make a reservation with this store in Moon Township and you can bet that they will not have the vehicle you are expecting. Try it, I bet you get a pickup truck or a minivan when you wanted a standard car. When an organization has dishonest management, you should expect negative results. My dad use to say don't be surprised by the obvious. This store is mismanaged.. expect the obvious. Way less than one star..
Made a reservation for a vehicle to use while my car was being fixed 4 weeks ahead of time. I drive a Toyota Corolla.. got to Enterprise to find they only had 1 Minivan and 1 Expedition which they tried to offer both me and another women who specifically requested a car equal to what we normally drive. The staff were very uncaring, unhelpful, and in no rush to get us vehicles. There is a lobby of 4 people waiting on vehicles, all waiting over 40 minutes now and we are receiving no apologies from this Enterprise location. Do not recommend.
Great service and a nice location away from the incredibly busy part of the street. I have rented here for business travel a couple of times and each time I have wound up in an upgraded vehicle because the car the company reserved was for some reason not available to me. There is usually a wait, so just be a responsible person and show up early if you make a reservation.
