When shopping at Kmart for the sales for the summertime. Could not find an associate to help me was there a water fountain displays. Found an associate she could not help me this wasn't her Department. Waited for another 10-15 minutes had my grandson with me he was being impatient because we was waiting quite a long time. You had a display of a water font and that I liked and it was on sale but it was the only one that you had that was on display and I asked if I could get a discount for the waterfall and they told me no. By that time I was at aggravated and discussed it and when I was ready to leave the store but I had a few things in my buggy and there was only one lane open to cash out the cashier was very slow didn't seem like she knew what she was doing not friendly at all. Still in line for another 15-20 minutes trying to cash out it got to the point where I went to the customer service desk and got cashed out there. This is why I do not like going to Kmart and Shop there. You need to hire competent people to work there. And I wanted to talk to the manager about the discount for the waterfall I end up talking to an associate and he was talking back to her so with a two party conversation with getting a discount of a display of a waterfall because you had none left in boxes. This is why your stores are closing down and you don't have as many customers as you used to. Because the Way you r handling your stores . It's not very professional like. I will void going to KMart as much as possible. Matter of fact quite a few of my friends call that the ghetto Kmart LOL.
Just a matter of time before this store closes. It has been subpar for years - mostly due to the ambivalent employees and lack of open registers that took a half hour to check out no matter how busy they are. Add to the declining quality of stock, and the only legitimate reason to go there is for the excellent pharmacist - who was the only reason I went into this store for years.
It is a dated store, and you can tell it when you walk in. Some merchandise was scattered on the ground in the clothing and toy isles. Food area was fine though. Prices weren't comparatively the best in the area, but it did have a couple good sales.
This Kmart was so nice to go to. Sales staff very friendly. My check out was another story. The cashier had very bad body funk. Also was picking his pimples on his face and arms. This store is slated to close by Jan 28th 2018 I was told.
Quite honestly surprised this place is still open. Both the location and employees seem like casting rejects from Zombieland. We went there several times over a few weeks and rarely found what we were looking for. Just basic household items. It's really more of a rummage sale at this point.
