Room was large and comfortable. Staff was cheerful and helpful. Everything worked. And best of all, it was clean!

The room and service received was great. They have an airport shuttle that can be scheduled as well My only complaint is breakfast during the week being served only until 9am, feel like it should be 10am.
The staff decided to close the lounge over the weekend because "there were hockey teams staying at the hotel". It took 15 minutes to check in because the front desk clerk was very slow/ new. He didn't recognize me as a Hilton Honors member. The room was not comfortable at all. The shower, while very large was dirty and had poor water pressure. The sink stunk as there was food sitting in the garbage disposal. It was difficult to fall asleep due to the noise of other guests. The heating/AC was extremely loud. The breakfast service was horrible, cold eggs and sausage links with burnt coffee. The wifi was very slow as well. Overall the worst Homewood Suites I have ever stayed at.
We stayed here with our three kids and extended family over Memorial Day weekend and were really impressed with how nice it was for the price we paid. The place looked brand new and had everything you could ask for (pool, free full breakfast, workout room, basketball court, outdoor grill, etc.). The two room suites were huge and the kitchen in our room was fully stocked with dishes and utensils so were were able to save money on not going out every meal.
All of the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome but we were especially thankful for the breakfast staff, who were extra helpful. One of my kids cannot eat dairy products and they went out of their way to check the labels for me and also suggest alternatives. My wife was so impressed she took down all their names. So Carol, Carolyn, Phyllis, Kristi and Cara, thank you for making our stay more enjoyable and safe!
